First Impressions

My friend at Snowtop Studios recently posted a post on a group of young people who are making a movie called First Impressions, based on Jane Austin's Pride and Prejudice. Jane Austin first intended to call her book First Impressions but after it failed to publish she revised the book and renamed it Pride and Prejudice.

I love home made movies. We have made a couple with our friends, one is in the process of being edited at the moment.

That looks really interesting!! I have enjoyed looking over their sites and watching their videos. They're good! Can't wait to see what they get when they're done! Thanks for telling us about it....

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line

The waves beside them danced; but they

In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.
